Return Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: 

Training fees, and OrCam earbuds.

If purchased with credit card, the 3% credit card processing fee from original purchase is not refunded.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


The undamaged device may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, or the period required by local law or as agreed between you and Get OrCam LLC at the time of purchase. Notifying Get OrCam LLC within the 30 days and sending it back for refund within 1 week past the 30 days is acceptable.


Contact Get OrCam LLC to initiate a return process. When you return an OrCam device, MyEye, Read or Read 3, follow Get OrCam LLC support instructions carefully. The device must be in the same condition as you received it and undamaged in any way.


Your refund and how it is issued may differ based on how the device was purchased, its condition and how long you’ve had the device. Get OrCam LLC will process the return after device is received and assessed by Get OrCam Customer Care. This may take up to three weeks. Upon Get OrCam LLC issuing a refund, it may take additional time for funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days.
